A limited grievance raised in the present petition is that respondent No.1-Authority is not accepting the revision application as well as the application for condonation of delay, which the petitioners have tried to submit and file. 3.

Considering the grievance, we are of the opinion that the present petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No.1 to accept the filing and submission of the revision application along with the application for condonation of delay, if there is no legal impediment. If any legal impediment exists and respondent No.1 is unable to accept the filing, respondent No.1 shall communicate the reasons for such refusal to the petitioners in writing within a period of one week from the date of production of this order.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to accept the filing of the revision application along with the application for condonation of delay, if there is no legal impediment. If any legal impediment exists, the same shall be communicated to the petitioners in writing within a period of one week from the date of production of this order, specifying the reasons for not accepting the filing of the revision application. No costs.
