Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners have approached this Court seeking direction to the learned 6th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur, to decide expeditiously Special Civil Suit No.840 of 2017. 3.

The perusal of the petition reveals that though the expeditious decision on the aforesaid suit is being sought by the petitioners, however neither the copy of the plaint in Special Civil Suit No.840 of 2017 nor the roznama of the learned Trial Court pointing out the delay is placed on record.

In view of above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 5.

Permission is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
