The only grievance made by the Petitioner is that in the order dated 9/5/2025, while permitting to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,31,49,660/-, the learned District Judge, Nagpur has put unnecessary condition that the Petitioner should submit bank guarantee of like amount. Hence, the Petitioner sought modification to the extent that the abovesaid condition be deleted from the order dated 9/5/2025.
