Petitioner's challenge is to the Order dated 18.02.2026 passed by the respondent No.1 - District Co-operative Election Authority & Division Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Amravati in Application No.24/202. 3.

By keeping open the issue of locus of the petitioner and maintainability of the petition, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 05.03.2026. 4.

Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1/State.

Advocate Mr. Dangre, waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5.
