By this application, the petitioner seeks permission to add new respondents, being respondent Nos.6 and 7, who have filed their nomination forms for the election in question. 3.

Having regard to the controversy involved and considering the contentions in support of the application, the application is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to add respondent Nos.6 and 7, to the array of parties, by carrying out amendment forthwith. 5.

In view of the above, the civil application is disposed of.
