The petition prays for a direction to the respondent No.1, i.e., Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati, to decide the representation dated 23.09.2024 within a particular time period. 5.
It is the contention of the petitioner that she was appointed on 11.05.2020 as a Community Health Officer at Sub Center Tembhurkheda, Taluka Warud, District Amravati. Thereafter, on 27.08.2020, the petitioner got knowledge about the transfer process of the Community Health Officer in a difficult area, and therefore, by way of an email, she ventilated her grievances not to give posting in the difficult area due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic and birth of a child. Thereafter, on 07.10.2020, the petitioner was transferred and appointed on the post of Community Health Officer at Sub Center Dhodhara, Primary Health Center Sadrawadi, Tq. Dharni, Dist. Amravati, but she failed to join due to the ongoing Pandamic. In that view of the matter, the petitioner made various representations, the last of which was on 23.09.2024,
913 wp 1847-2026.odt 3/3 requesting the respondents to rejoin her in the services and stating the reasons for not joining the services earlier. 6.
We have heard Shri Kadu, learned Counsel for the petitioner, who states that the said representations are still pending and have not been decided as yet.

Shri Rathi, learned Counsel for the respondents prays for appropriate orders to be passed, looking at the facts and circumstances of the case.

In that view of the matter, in our considered opinion, the petition can be disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the representations filed by the petitioner on 23.09.2024 and 22.10.2024 as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within six weeks from the date of this order. With these directions, the petition is disposed off. Needless to mention that the respondent No.1 would decide the said representations in accordance with law.
