The present writ petition seeks challenge to the communication dated 17.02.2026 issued by respondent No.1 - State of Maharashtra, Department of Law and Judiciary, which relies upon the communication dated 09.02.2026 issued by the Registrar General of this Court, thereby intimating the reasons for not selecting the present petitioner to the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) and Judicial Magistrate First Class in the Selection Process - 2022.
