Heard learned Counsel for petitioner.

The petitioner, in the alternative, prays as follows which is reproduced as under:

"(c) In the alternative, direct Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the Petitioner's representations dated 21.11.2025 and 27.11.2025 by passing a reasoned order."

Since an innocuous prayer has been made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the aforesaid representations dated 21.11.2025 and 27.11.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of the decision.
