It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in paragraph No. 3 of the order, it is incorrectly mentioned that notice to respondent Nos. 7 and 8 is dispensed with. It is his contention that instead of that the notice to respondent No. 6 may have been appeared in said order.

In that view of the matter, para 3 of the order dated 30.04.2026 in Writ Petition No. 1903/2026 is corrected. New paragraph No. 3 would be reading as under: "In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to Respondent No.6 is dispensed with.
