The petitioners' grievance is against the order dated 13.01.2026, passed by respondent No.1 Sub Divisional Officer, Umarkhed, Dist. Yavatmal, thereby reversing his earlier order dated 22.12.2025, while deciding the revision application. 3.

It is submitted that, without any notice and opportunity of hearing, respondent No.1 has reversed the earlier decision to the detriment of the petitioners.

In view of this, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after three weeks.

Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2-State.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the other respondents by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit of service in that regard by next date. 7.

Respondent No.1 Sub Divisional Officer, Umarkhed, Dist. Yavatmal, is directed to file an affidavit explaining the reasons as to why he has reviewed his own order without any application and granting opportunity of hearing to the other side. The said affidavit be filed on or before next date.

List this petition on 13th March 2026.

In the meantime, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause '4' shall operate.

"4) By way of interim relief, stay the effect and operation of order dated 13.01.2026, passed by respondent No.1 and order dated 13.03.2025, passed by respondent No.2, in view of the facts and circumstances and in the interest of justice, till the final disposal of the petition."
