Heard Shri Shashank Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Buldhana, to conduct a day-to-day trial of Case No.213 of 2014.

The petitioner has placed on record the roznama of the aforesaid proceedings, which reveals that since last two years, the respondents are not appearing in the matter. The learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to various applications submitted by the petitioner to the learned Trial Court for necessary action against the respondents. He submits that till date all such applications are not decided by the learned Trial Court.

In view of above, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Principal District Judge, Buldhana, by filing a proper application raising a grievance as raised in the present petition and pointing out the aforesaid roznama and the applications to

2 WP-1940-2026.odt the learned Principal District Judge. The learned Principal District Judge is directed to consider such application, if made by the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
