Vide order dated 6.3.2026 in Writ Petition No.1488/2026 we had connected the companion writ petitions as mentioned in para 6 of the order. Thereafter, all the petitions were closed for judgment on 16.3.2026. However, since the petitions enlisted herein below, some discrepancies were found and therefore all the matters are placed before us today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tenders unconditional apology due to the inadvertent error i.e. names of the petitioner No.3 are incorrectly typed in the prayer clauses which are crept in Writ Petition Nos.1488/2026, 1492/2026 and 1490/2026 and in Writ Petition No.1484/2026 impugned order annexed is incorrect.

In that view of the matter, counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to make necessary corrections. Necessary corrections be carried out forthwith. 4.

In view of above, petitions are again reserved for judgment.
