In this petition, the grievance raised by the petitioners pertains to the transfer of respondent No.5 - Urdu High School from Village Khapri to Achalpur, District Amravati, which is situated at a distance of approximately 10 km from the said village Khapri. 3.

The learned counsel for respondent No.4 - Management submits that after following the due process and complying with all requisite formalities, permission was granted for transfer of the school, and therefore, no illegality is involved in shifting the school from Khapri to Achalpur, District Amravati.

As per the contentions of the petitioners that, if such school is transferred, there will be no school in village Khapri and in that case, the wards will require to travel to nd.thawre

2/2 another place for their education.

Considering the dispute involved in the present petition, we are of the opinion that if the directions are issued to the respondent No.3-Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Region, Amravati, to look into the grievance raised in the present petition by treating the present petition as a representation made by the petitioners and take decision on the same, purpose would be served. 6.

Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.3 to treat the petition as a representation made by the petitioners and decide the same within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order along with the copy of the present petition, after hearing the concerned and necessary parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish copy of this order along with copy of the present petition to the respondent No.3 on or before 04.05.2026. 8.

The decision taken shall be communicated to any of the petitioners within one week from the date of such decision.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
