The present writ petition was listed before this Court on 07-3-2026, however, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, in order to give one opportunity to the petitioner, the petition was listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today when the matter is called out, nobody appears for the petitioner. The perusal of the prayer clauses reveal that the present petition has been filed seeking challenge to the sale notice dated 19-01-2026 issued by respondent no.1. The aforesaid sale notice is on record at page 60 at Annexure-'G', which reveals that the pre-auction sale was scheduled on 27-02-2026. Thus, the challenge raised in the present petition has lost its efficacy by passage of time. 2.

In view of the above, present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
