Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Petitioners' challenge is to the interim Order dated 25.02.2026 passed by the respondent No.1-Hon'ble Minister of Department of Village Development and Panchayat Raj, Mumbai thereby, granting interim stay to the Order dated 12.01.2026 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, restricts his prayer for a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the application for vacation of stay filed on 28.02.2026.

Having regard to the contentions canvassed on behalf of the petitioners that a copy of memo of appeal was supplied to the petitioners only on 27.02.2026 and they were not actually heard on 25.02.2026, instead of entertaining the challenge to the impugned order, it is desirable that the application filed by the petitioners for vacation of stay be directed to be considered expeditiously.

In view of this, without recording any finding on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the respondent No.1-Hon'ble Minister of Department of Village Development and Panchayat Raj to consider the application dated 28.02.2026 filed by the petitioner expeditiously and pass final orders at the earliest. Needless to state, the application be considered after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.

Petitioners are permitted to appear before the respondent No.1-Hon'ble Minister of Department of Village Development and Panchayat Raj on 16.03.2026 and invite attention to this order.

No order as to costs.
