Writ Petition No.4313 of 2024 filed by the petitioner seeking a declaration as to the lapsing of reservation under Section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as "the aforesaid Act") was allowed by this Court on 13.10.2025, thereby declaring the aforesaid reservation has been lapsed and the respondents therein were directed to issue a Notification in the Official Gazette to that effect, within a reasonable period. 3.

Shri. Mundhada, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that the aforesaid order was passed on 13.10.2025, and almost after a passage of five months now, the Notification under Section 127(2) of the aforesaid Act is not yet issued. 4.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the sole respondent to issue the Notification under Section 127(2) of the aforesaid Act notifying the lapsing of reservation in respect of the land in question,

110 WP-2099-2026 within a stipulated period of four weeks from the date of production of the order of this Court.
