Mrs. H.S. Dhande, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. 4.

Heard finally with the consent of learned counsels for the parties.

In view of the order, we are proposing to pass notice to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 is dispensed with. 6.

The petition seeks a direction to direct the respondent No.2 Education Officer (Secondary) to forthwith process and send the pension papers of the petitioner to the respondent No.1. On being confronted, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs. H.S. Dhande tenders across the Bench copy of communication dated 12.2.2026 by which the respondent No.2 has send the proposal to the respondent No.1. The said communication is taken on record and marked Exhibit- 'X' for ready reference.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to expeditiously process the pension papers/proposal of the petitioner and in any case till 30th April, 2026.

The petition is disposed of as such.
