Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has an alternate and equally efficacious remedy available under Rule 13 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964. The petitioner may avail of the said remedy.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of. 3.
The Appellate Authority under the Rules of 1964 shall extend the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 in filing appeal.
