Learned Advocate for the petitioner points out that the petitioner has already filed a revision application before the State Government under Section 138 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and desires to prosecute the said revision application. In view of this, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to prosecute the said revision application.

The petitioner is, accordingly, permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to prosecute the revision application.
