Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents/State. 2.

In the present petition, the following prayers are made : "i) Direct the respondents to take decision on the proposals submitted by the petitioner school dated 18-82020, 12-11-2020, 8-10-2021, 1-9-2023, 8-4-2024 and 15-7-2025 Annexure-D and to make the payment of reimbursement of an outstanding amount of Rs. 30,83,905/- approximately in a time bound manner, with kind consideration and in the interest of justice and fair play.

ii) Direct the respondents to decide the proposal for reimbursement as directed by this Hon'ble Court by way of order dated 21-11-2025 in W.P.No.7185/2025, copy of order dated 9-1-2026 in W.P.No.205/2026, copy of order dated 2-2-2026 in W.P.No.812/2026 Annexure-E order dated 3-2-2026 in W.P.No.992/2026 Annexure-F, with kind consideration and in the interest of justice and fair play.

The learned counsel for petitioner points out that, a similar issue has been decided by this Court in Writ Petition No.7185 of 2025 on 21.11.2025, Writ Petition No.205 of 2026 on 09.01.2026, Writ Petition No.812 of 2026 on 02.02.2026 so also

114 WP-2150-2026 in Writ Petition No.992 of 2026 on 03.02.2026. He, therefore, requests this Court to extend the similar benefit to the petitioner - school.

In light of the aforesaid orders of this Court, we direct that, the case of the petitioner shall be scrutinized by the Authorities concerned within a period of four weeks from today and the eligibility quantum be determined by the concerned Authorities to which the petitioner - school is entitled. 5.

If the petitioner is found to be entitled to the same amount, same shall be reimbursed to it within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

However, in case, the petitioner is not found to be entitled to, the petitioner - school shall be communicated the reasons for its non entitlement for the amount, which the petitioner - school is claiming, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With all these observations, the present writ petition is disposed of.
