Since the issue involved in the present writ petition is of a serious nature and of grave importance, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to file their reply within a stipulated period before the returnable date.

The petitioners are at liberty to serve the respondent No.3 by the usual mode of service so also by private mode. 6.
In the meanwhile, the respondents and, more specifically the respondent No.3, is directed to ensure that the storage and supply of Liquefied Petroleum Gas for domestic consumption shall be in accordance with the prevailing policy of respondent No1.
