Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4.

The only prayer made in the present writ petition is for issuance of a direction to Respondent No. 2 - the Commissioner, Women and Child Development, Maharashtra State, Pune to take an expeditious decision on the representation dated 10-10-2025 submitted by the petitioner. The aforesaid representation dated 10-10-2025 is on record at page no.29 at Annexure-VIII.

In view of the above, we dispose of the aforesaid writ petition with a direction to respondent no.2 to decided the aforesaid representation dated 10-10-2025 submitted by the petitioner for grant of old pension benefits within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of order of this Court.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of decision. 5.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
