The present writ petition was filed on 11.03.2026 and it was listed before this Court on 18.03.2026. However, as the learned counsel for the petitioners did not appear, the matter was kept on 25.03.2026. On 26.03.2026, when the matter was again listed, none appeared for the petitioners, even after two opportunities. The petition was kept today i.e., 07.04.2026, for dismissal. Even today, when the matter was called out, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

A perusal of the present writ petition reveals that the petitioners seek a direction to the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur, for expeditious decision on I.A. No.435 of 2026, which is at record page No.121 (Annexure-N). The aforesaid I.A. seeks an urgent interim order in pursuance of the possession notice dated 26.02.2026, whereby the bank had informed the petitioners, being the borrower, that it would take physical possession of the secured assets in question on 12.03.2026.

However, from 12.03.2026, neither the petitioners have appeared before this Court nor have urged for any interim relief, which indicates that the challenge involved in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
