The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the respondent Nos.1, 4 and 6 to release all the arrears of salary admissible to the petitioner while working in the said institution in question and for the academic years 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 201920 and 2023-24. The petitioner has also sought challenge to the communications dated 02/12/2025 and 08/01/2026 which are at record page Nos.26 and 27 Annexure-1-A and Annexure-1-B respectively.

Perusal of the impugned communications reveals that the aforesaid claim of the petitioner is being considered by the respondents, more specifically by the College Development Committee and Executive Board of the Governing Body and while adjudicating his claim, they have called the petitioner to explain the point as raised in the aforesaid communication. 4.

In view of the above, we dispose the present writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to submit his explanation as to the point point raised in the aforesaid communications.

The petitioner also relies upon one Supreme Court Judgment which according to him is in his favour. Accordingly, the petitioner is at liberty to rely upon such judgment of Honourable Supreme Court of India, so also the judgment of Bombay High Court in order to substantiate his claim before the aforesaid Committee and Executive Board of the Governing Body.

Respondent No.1-Management is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner regarding arrears of salary for the aforesaid period on its own merits and in accordance with law and after considering the submissions made by the petitioner within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the production of this order. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of decision. 7.

Writ petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
