The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions to the respondents to convene meeting of Placement Committee for grant of benefits of placements in favour of the petitioner under Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) and conclude the CAS process within a fixed time frame. 3.

In the alternative, the petitioner has sought direction to the respondents to redress the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner as submitted in representation dated 15/10/2025. The aforesaid representation dated 15/10/2025 submitted by the petitioner to the Principal of respondent No.5College is at record page 32, Annexure-G. 4.

In view of above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.5-College so also respondent No.4-Management to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 15/10/2025 and decide the same in accordance with law on its own merits within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of the order of this Court. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of decision. 5.

No costs.
