Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioners have sought directions against the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to consider the objections and pass appropriate order in respect of shifting and operation of CL-III license in question, in favour of the respondent nos. 6 to 13. 3.

Mr. Marathe, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/State, on instructions from the respondent no.3-Collector, makes a statement that after considering the objections raised by the petitioners, the respondent no.3 will take a decision as regards shifting and operation of the CL-III license in favour of the respondent nos. 6 to 13, within two weeks. 4.

In the circumstances, we are of the opinion that this would suffice the purpose of filing the writ petition. Accordingly, we accept the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 5.

As nothing survives for adjudication in this petition at this stage, we dispose of the present writ petition. However, we direct the

128-WP-2380-2026.odt 2 respondent no.3-Collector, Yavatmal, to hear all the necessary parties before taking a decision and communicate the decision to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader undertakes to communicate this order to the respondent No.3-Collector. 7.
