Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner seeks challenge to the order dated 21.08.2025 passed by the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur in Contempt Petition No.05/2022, thereby disposing of the aforesaid contempt petition by recording the statement of the respondent No.3 therein that the order has been fully complied. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as he was on his legs before this Court, he could not remain present before the learned Tribunal on 21.08.2025. Therefore, he was unable to inform the Tribunal that the statement made by Respondent No.3 was incorrect and that the order passed in Original Application No. 665/2019 had not been fully complied with.

As the petitioner could not appear before the Tribunal for pointing out the non-compliance, the nd.thawre

2/2 contempt petition came to be disposed of as fully complied. 5.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Tribunal by filing a review application to point out the error apparent on record.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
