CORAM : ANIL S. KILOR AND RAJ D. WAKODE, JJ. DATED : 27th March, 2026 Since the Debt Recovery Tribunal has passed the order on I. A. No.276/2025 rejecting such IA for stay filed by the petitioner, the remedy lies before the Appellate Tribunal. In that case, no grievance survives in the petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, to enable the petitioner to approach the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, the interim order dated 24/03/2026 shall continue for a period of one week from today and shall stand automatically vacated thereafter.

In the meanwhile, the Bank may proceed with the auction proceedings but shall not issue the Sale Certificate. 4.

No costs.
