By way of present writ petition, the petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to declare the action of respondent No.1, in not taking decision on the recommendation dated 11.09.2019 made by the respondent No. 4-Director of Education (Secondary & Higher Secondary) in favour of petitioner No. 2-School is void and illegal. The recommendation was in relation to grant of permission for additional section of 11th and 12th standard. 3.

The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, makes a statement that till date there is no decision taken and it is still pending.

In that view of the matter, considering the fact that new academic session 2026-2027 will start from June 2026, we direct respondent No.1 to take decision on the

Learned Additional Government Pleader undertakes to communicate this order to respondent No. 1. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply copy of this order to the respondent No.1 within one week.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of decision.

The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
