At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner points out the order dated 19.11.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7087/2025. The aforesaid writ petition was filed by the present petitioner in person; however, since the prayers made therein were vague and not supported by necessary pleadings, this Court, vide order dated 19.11.2025, dismissed the said writ petition with liberty to file afresh. 3.
In pursuance of the liberty granted by this Court on 19.11.2025, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner invites our attention to the proposal dated 18.10.2011 submitted by respondent No.2 - Collector, Nagpur to respondent No.1 - State of Maharashtra for allotment of Plot No.220 of Sindhi Refugee Colony, Khamla, Nagpur in the name of the petitioner.
