We have taken note that Sub Divisional Officer Tiwasa-Bhatkuli, District Amravati, is time and again disobeying the orders and guidelines issued by this Court and made the client to suffer. On perusal of Annexure-4, it appears that there is no reason given for rejection. It is also not clear whether any order regarding the issuance of the caste certificate has been rejected or is still pending. 5.
The Sub-Divisional Officer, Tiwasa-Bhatkuli, Taluka Bhatkuli, District Amravati, is directed to remain present before this Court on 15.04.2025.
