The petition is filed to decide the proposal dated 19.11.2025 submitted by the Management to the respondent. The learned Counsel for the petitioner tenders across the Bench a copy of the communication dated 17.03.2026 issued by the respondent, granting approval to the transfer to the petitioner. The communication dated 17.03.2026 is taken on record and marked as Exh.'X' for identification. In that view of the matter, the cause of action for filing the petition has partly been redressed. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that as far as arrears of the salary is concerned, the claim is still alive. 3.

We therefore dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner, if the claim of arrears of salary is rejected/ not granted, he has the liberty to approach the Court. 4.

The petition is disposed of as such.
