Shri A. M. Chandekar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if a direction is issued to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to decide the representation dated 28/04/2025 in a time bound manner, the grievance of the petitioner will be redressed for the time being. Since the innocuous prayer is being made by the petitioner, and for the aforesaid reasons, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to decide the representation dated 28/04/2025 submitted by the petitioner to the Collector, Chandrapur at record Page No.66 (Annexure-N) within stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of order of this Court. 2.
The respondent No.3 - Municipal Corporation, Chandrapur is directed to grant opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties including the petitioner while arriving

It is further made clear that if the respondents - authorities and more specifically, respondent No.3 - Municipal Corporation, Chandrapur comes to the conclusion that the grievance raised in the aforesaid representation needs to be allowed and the action requested needs to be taken, the respondents are directed to follow the procedure as prescribed under the provisions of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 and by granting opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties. 4.
