Time granted. The same shall be filed on or before the next date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's vehicle being Tipper Truck bearing registration No.MH-33-T-5677 was seized on 05.01.2026 and it is lying idle. He therefore, on instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner is ready to deposit a part of the penalty amount and prays for release of the vehicle.

In view of the controversy involved, petitioner is directed to deposit 75% of the penalty amount before this Court, within a period of two weeks from today.

After the petitioner deposits the amount and produces the receipt before the appropriate Authority, the petitioner's vehicle be released subject to petitioner furnishing a further undertaking that the vehicle will be produced as and when directed by the Authorities.

In view of this, list the petition on 12.06.2026, for further consideration.
