DATED : 6th April, 2026 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if prayer made in prayer clause (iii) is granted by this Court, the grievance raised by the petitioner shall stand redressed as the petitioner has time and again submitted representations to the respondents for grant of benefit of Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS) upon completion of 12 years of regular service from 01/11/2019.

Prayer clause (iii) reads thus :

" Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction,directing the Respondents to forthwith consider and decide the representations dated 21/03/2023, 06/05/2023, 09/07/2025 and 25/02/2026 (Annexure-5 to 8) within a time-bound period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court; "

In view of above, we dispose of the present writ petition thereby directing the respondent No.2-Maharashtra State Seeds Corporation Ltd. (Mahabeej) to decide the aforesaid representations mentioned in prayer clause (iii) within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of the order of this Court.
