In view of the above, we direct the respondentWomen and Child Development Officer, Wardha to decide the aforesaid representation dated 03.02.2026 within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the respondent within one week from today.
