At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to amend the causetitle pertaining to the respondent. 3.

Permission is granted. Necessary correction be carried out forthwith.

The petitioner seeks direction to stay all further proceedings of departmental enquiry against the petitioner herein which is sought to be initiated on the basis of Memorandum of Charge dated 02.01.2026 till the disposal of criminal prosecution initiated vide Crime No.RC0282023A0004 against the present petitioner. nd.thawre

The petitioner has made a similar request to the respondent No.2 vide representations dated 23.01.2026 and 27.02.2026.

The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that such representations made by the petitioner have not yet been decided by respondent No.2. 7.

Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with directions to the respondent No.2 - Under Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment, New Delhi, to decide the representations dated 23.01.2026 (Page 35) and 27.02.2026 (Page 37), within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of communication of the order of this Court.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

With the above directions, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
