The Petitioner had approached this Court seeking direction to the Respondent No.1 to decide the appeal filed by the Petitioner.

Mr. Rao, the learned AGP had tendered across the bar the decision dated 7/11/2025 passed by the Respondent No.1 - State Information Commissioner, Mumbai, thereby disposing of the appeal filed by the Petitioner.

In view of the above, grievance raised by the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition stands redressed. 5.

Needless to mention that the Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid Judgment dated 7/11/2025 in appropriate proceedings.
