By this Petition, the Petitioners are seeking direction to the Respondent No. 3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur to consider the proposal dated 20/12/2024 submitted by the Petitioner No. 2 for grant of approval to the appointment of the Petitioner No. 3 as a Laboratory Assistant.

(2) Learned AGP waives notice for all the Respondents. (3) In view of the limited relief, we direct the Respondent No. 3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur to consider the above said proposal dated 20/12/2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Needless to mention that the Respondent No. 3 - Education Officer shall decide the above said proposal on its own merits.
