In brief, it is his submission that the issue regarding return of tuition fees is still not decided by the respondent No.3. 3.

Since the representation is already pending before the respondent No.3, we hereby direct respondent No.3 to decide the same within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

Needless to mention that respondent No.3 while deciding the issue shall take into consideration the judgment and order passed by this Court at Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No.7975/2025 on 04/07/2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of this order, before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
