Heard Shri Swapnil Shingane, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N.S.Rao, learned A.G. P on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

An innocuous prayer is being made at the behest of the petitioner for grant of direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 07/11/2025 within stipulated period. The aforesaid representation dated 07/11/2025 is at record Page Nos.25-27 (Annexure-V).

Since sufficient time has lapsed after such submission of the representation, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide such representation dated 07/11/2025 within stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of order of this Court.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.
