The petitioner has approached this Court pointing out the grievance regarding the alignment of National Highway No.161 A at Barshitakli at the behest of respondent No.1-NHAI which isgoing to affect the functioning of the industrial unit of the petitioner adversely. 3.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the petitioner has immediately approached the respondent No.2-Competent Authority, (Land Acquisition) and Sub Divisional Officer, Murtizapur by raising such objection on 09/03/2016 (record page 42, Annexure-E) so also by making representation on 17/03/2026 (record page 44). 4.

Shri Gahilot, learned counsel submits that almost one month has passed and the respondent No.2 has not decided the aforesaid objection/representation made by the petitioner. Hence, by the present writ petition the petitioner seeks direction to respondent No.2Competent Authority to decide such objection/representation within a

In view of the innocuous prayer being made by the petitioner, we direct the respondent No.2-Competent Authority, (Land Acquisition) and Sub Divisional Officer, Murtizapur to decide the aforesaid objection dated 09/03/2016 (record page 42, Annexure-E) and representation dated 17/03/2026 (record page 44) made by the petitioner within a stipulated period of four weeks from the date of production of the order of this Court. The decision taken shall be communicated tot he petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
