Shri A.V. Palshikar, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, on receiving written instructions vide letter dated 15th April, 2026 issued by the Section Officer, State of Maharashtra, Department of Rural Development, makes a statement that the appeal against an order under Section 39(3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, on 2nd September, 2025, would be decided within four weeks from today.

The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 3.

Since nothing survives after such statement, the petition is disposed of as such.
