Heard Shri Rupesh Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions to the respondent no.3 to issue work experience certificate for the part of the work sublet to it vide sub-contract dated 15-05-2023 which was approved by the respondent no.3-Senior Divisional Engineer, South East Central Railway, Nagpur.

Shri Vaishnav, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent no.5 who had sublet the aforesaid contract to the petitioner has already received the work experience certificate for the part of the work performed by it. However, the petitioner has not yet received such work experience certificate.

Perusal of the petition reveals that on 01.07.2025 the petitioner has applied to the respondent no.3 for grant of such work experience certificate. The aforesaid application dated 01.07.2025 is at record page No. 22-Annexure-VII.

Shri Vaishnav, the learned counsel, submits that even after passage of sufficient time, the aforesaid application is not decided as yet.

In view of above, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.3 to decide the aforesaid application dated 01.07.2025 for grant of work experience certificate submitted by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of copy of order of this Court.

Decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 8.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
