In the meanwhile, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (III) of this petition, which is reproduced below : "III) Further command the Respondents not to acquire any additional land beyond 7.509 Sq.Mters., land from Survey No.101, Sheet No.159, situated at Mouza Nagpur as per Award dt. 14/11/2025 (Anx. No.3) and as per notice dt. 17/11/2025 (Anx. No.4)."
