The petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia to take decision in respect of their pending proposal dated 07/07/2024. The petitioners are restricted their prayer to that extent only. In view thereof, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.2Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia to decide the proposal.

Hence, the petition is partly allowed.
