The petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Bhandara to take decision in respect of their pending proposals dated 11/07/2016, 06/01/2025, 05/08/2021 and 10/10/2025. The petitioners are restricted their prayer to that extent only. In view thereof, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the KHUNTE

Hence, the petitions are partly allowed.

The respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad Bhandara is hereby directed to take decision in respect of pending proposals dated 11/07/2016, 06/01/2025, 05/08/2021 and 10/10/2025 within a period of three weeks. 7.

The petitions stand disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
