Heard Shri Bade, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner-Management is that the proposal of the petitioner-Management for starting a new College was recommended by the respondent no.3-University on 09.12.2025 and was forwarded to the respondent no.1-State for approval. However, the respondent no.1 has not considered the aforesaid proposal and no decision has been taken thereupon.

The petitioner-management has already approached the respondent nos. 1 and 2 by submitting a representation on 09.03.2026 for expeditious decision on the aforesaid proposal. The petitioner's representation/letter dated 09.03.2026 is at record page Nos.84-95Annexure P-12. 4.

In view of above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to decide the aforesaid proposal of the petitioner-Management for opening a new College on the basis of the recommendations made by the respondent no.3University, within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of copy of order of this Court.

Decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner-Management within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
