Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached this Court seeking challenge to the show cause notice dated 12th March 2026 issued by respondent No.1 to the petitioner. However after filing of the present writ petition, the aforesaid impugned show cause notice has been withdrawn by respondent No.1.

Hence, in view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner upon instructions seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach this Court as and when the cause of action arises.

Permission granted.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
