By this Petition, the Petitioners have challenged the communications dated 05.04.2026 and 06.04.2026 issued to the Petitioners by the Respondent No.4/Charge Officer asking them to participate as Enumerators and Supervisors in Census work. In response to the notice, the Respondent No.4 appeared and filed reply as well as pursis stating that now they are not acting upon the said communications in view of the availability of the required number of Enumerators and Supervisors and they are ready to withdraw the said communications. In view of that, the purpose of the Petitioners behind filing of this Petition is already satisfied, however, considering the grievance made by the learned
2 11.WP.3004-2026.odt Counsel for the Petitioners, the Respondent No.4 shall withdraw the said communications and communicate the same to the Petitioners.

With the above directions, the Petition is disposed of.
